About our Hickory Smoked Ham and Brisket

The delicious Hickory Smoked Ham is our top customer pick! Our hams are smoked with the heat of seasoned hickory wood from sun up to sun down. While smoking for hours, we baste the hams with a flavorful dipping sauce. At the end of the day they are covered with coarse ground pepper. Our bone in ham will serve between 24-28 people.

Our brisket will melt in your mouth! We begin with a choice trimmed 11 pound beef brisket. This delicious brisket is hickory smoked for approximately 10-12 hours. We season our brisket with salt, pepper, garlic and other flavorful spices. This will serve 15-18 people.

Warming Instructions

*This ham may be eaten hot or cold*

To warm, heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300 degrees in a moist environment covered with foil

Cured with: water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate

Seasoned with: water, tomato concentrate, distilled vinegar, spices (including black & red pepper)
